The Master Bedroom is very roomy and pretty with lovely arched windows, a HUGE walk-in wardrobe and bedsides. The en-suite comprises shower, sink with vanity under and WC. 3 Further bedrooms each have sleeping arrangements for 2 persons per room, built in wardrobes and bedsides and are close to the family bathroom which comprises of Bath, shower, sink with vanity under. There are two split system air-conditioners, one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom.

There are sliding patio doors from the family/dining area that lead out onto the timber decked alfresco with seating and gas BBQ. To the side of the alfresco we have a large grassed area, plenty of room for children and ball games and safe too! The lovely sparkling pool is towards the very back of the garden and is not overlooked maximising total privacy, it has sunloungers with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. (The pool is fully fenced to ensure safety for families with children and to meet with the Australian swimming pool safety guidelines).
