Situated on the second floor, it comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious lounge/dining area and beautiful kitchen.The master bedroom is fitted with queen bed and has en-suite bathroom. It opens up onto the balcony with a sliding door. The 2nd bedroom is also fitted with a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom that comprises of 2 single beds. There is also a study area for those who need to do some paperwork! Fully equipped laundry. The balcony is furnished with seating for 4 people and overlooks the centre of the complex.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area

Perth is often described as the most isolated city in the world, although it is unique in many ways. Summer months can get very hot with temperatures averaging between 32-42 degrees. Its beautiful weather for all the different water sports and sun bathing. Winters are mild with temperatures between 17-22 degrees and rain, as we have winter rainfall.

There is so much to do and see while in Perth and surrounding areas. The city has its own feel with a huge multicultural diversity. Apart from our beautiful beaches, a drive and wine tasting in the Swan Valley will definitely not disappoint you. Take a scenic cruise on the Swan River or pack a picnic basket and just enjoy the bird life in the Neil Hoskins Reserve. Enjoy the diffent Australian animals at the Caversham wildlife park.


Perth / Currambine area

Currambine is adjacent to Joondalup, which is currently the fastest growing city in Australia. Local supermarket is located just a short walk or 2 min drive from the apartment. Burns Beach is a few minutes drive down the road where you can have a lovely walk on the immaculate foot paths along the beach and just enjoy great coffee and food at the Bursn Beach Cafe.

For those avid golfers, the Joondalup Resort and country Club is a 5 minute drive away and Carramar Golf Course a 10 min drive. the Joondalup Arena is only min away to enjoy the aquatic centre, gym, tennis, fitness classes or have a pamper at the beauty parlour.


How to get there

When arriving in Perth (domestic or international airports), take Mitchell Freeway North. Currambine is aboput 40km drive from airports. Follow signs that indicate Joondalup. Several hire car companies are located at either of the airports. A taxi will cost you about $60 from the airport to Currambine.

Balcony has table, chairs and umbrella, which overlooks the centre of the complex. Large fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, electric frying pan, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and clothes dryer in laundry area, with iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided for use at pool and beach.

The balcony is furnished with seating for 4, ideal for those lovely hot summer nights, and overlooks the centre of the complex. Secure parking in security complex. Outdoor 25m lap pool with BBQ area and gym.

The local supermarket is a short walk away.

Conveniently the train station is situated 100m from the property. It will take you about 5 min to Joondalup station, where you literally get of the train and step into the Lakeside Shopping centre, where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping and cinemas.
