Perth enjoys endless days of sunshine and very little rain! So outdoor activities are endless.
Perth City's place to be seen is Northbridge - where you can enjoy the night life or have a drink or a coffee outside and watch the world go by. On the very hot days (if you are not at the beach) a visit to the Museum is a must, or the Art Galley, or maybe the Royal Mint - watch them melt and pour the gold. All of these activities can be easily reached by train, from Clarkson Station 500m from your front door.
Perth / Clarkson area
Visit Hillary's Boat harbour and visit AQUA (the Aquarium of WA) or organise a fishing or Whale watching day.
Why not organise an over sea trip to Rottenest Island, where you can see the Quoka (the only place in the world you can find then).
For the indigenous experience Yanchep National Park is only 30mins North. Yyou can learn to throw a spear or a boomerang. Or maybe even taste a Witchetty grub! Visit the wild Kangaroos or check out the Koala.
For those who enjoy Golf. There are Two champion courses nearby (within 25min drive), Joondalup Country Club and Wanneroo Golf Club. Non members are welcome. There is also a public course 15min by car - Carramar Golf Course.
For the Chocolate and Wine Lovers, take a drive to The Swan Valley and enjoy the many Vineyards and the Margaret River Chocolate Factory!
How to get there
La Corbiere House is located approx 50mins drive from Perth International airport. Car rental is readily available at the Airport. Budget, Hertz, Avis A taxi ride to/from Clarkson should cost around $80.00. Please contact us before arrival for further detailed instructions.

Further details indoors: The kitchen is fully equipped, and suitable for preparing a large meal or a snack. The living room is large, bright and comfortable.
The standard setting for the Dining Room / Living Room is 6, however the setting can be increased depending on the number of guests.
The master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, a fully fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
Two of the other bedrooms have double-size beds and are also with fitted wardrobes.
The forth bedroom contains bunk beds - Double on the bottom and single on the top. A wardrobe also.
The Laundry is fully fitted with a washing machine and dryer. Beach towels are also available.
If required 2 extra Camp beds are available at a nominal cost.
Further details outdoors: At the back of the house, facing the park is a large Alfresco area, with table and chairs and BBQ. The gardens are neat and tidy - with room to play.

Conditions
Discount is available for stays over 3 weeks.
A refundable breakages deposit of £300 required on receipt of the keys at arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
50% deposit is payable upon booking Balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy - If booking is canceled at least 8 weeks before arrival 90% of monies paid will be returned.
