It is also located within easy reach of your family and friends who may live in the surrounding suburbs of Nedlands, Claremont, Cottesloe, Swanborne, Floreat, City Beach and Wembley Downs.

This attractive and spacious home has all the modern facilities to make your stay a joy. Sleeping up to 7 in comfort , the house has a number of large and very spacious living areas, a brand new below ground heated swimming pool with a water feature, and a brand new kitchen with all the required appliances to ensure your self catered stay will be both memorable and relaxing...it will feel like a "home away from home".

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area

Western Australia is full of golden beaches stretching the coast line. Perth city is one of the cleanest cities in the world, with a mixture of old and new. Shopping in the city is great with late night shopping on Friday nights, then enjoy a few drinks or an a la carte meal in Northbridge/Leederville, all within walking distance to the train station, or a short drive to Wembley.

Perth has a mild climate of warm sunny days even in the winter. The summer extremes are cooled by the famous Fremantle Doctor that blows in from the south west early afternoon.

WA has some of the finest wineries in Australia and some of the best wines in the world, the most local being just a short drive from Perth in the Swan Valley, while the famous Margaret River wine region is a 3 hour drive, to towns like Dunnsborough, Busselton and Bunbury.

The Swan River is a great water playground winding its way through Perth and hosts a variety of activities, including boat rides, ferries to various destinations and cruises up the river to the wine region being a must.

To the north, we have Yanchep National Park with kangaroos, koalas, emus and other Australian wildlife.
There are so many attractions in the area it provides the perfect holiday for everyone.

The crowning glory of Perth has to be the beaches with almost white sands and turquise blue Indian Ocean which is only a 5 minute car ride away to our local beaches, Floreat Beach and City Beach, both equipped with playgrounds and a café.

On a Sunday catch the train down to Fremantle and enjoy the huge markets varying from food through to clothes or even buy your Aussie souvenirs.

For those more daring try the Fremantle Night Prison tour, or simply the Maritime Museum.

Then don't forget to spend a day and catch the train, bus or ferry to Perth Zoo.

Wembley provides easy, 5 minute access to:

- Perth's best beaches (City Beach, Floreat, Scarborough and Cottesloe)

North Yunderup is approx. 1 hour and 15 minutes south of Wembley, directly overlooking the Murray River, and 10 minutes from the coastal town of Mandurah. This will add another unique dimension to your holiday experience.
