Close to trains for easy commute to the CBD. Park with a children’s playground at the end of the street (200m). The Mullaloo Beach Hotel and Surf Life Saving Club are just down the road. There are many restaurants a stones throw away. Joondalup City, Lakeside and Whitfords shopping centres are mere 5 min drive or bus ride down the road.

Perth is a small but picturesque city with many many things to see and do. Restaurants, bars, beaches, Rottenest island, Hilary’s marina, Mindarie Keys, Subiaco you could spend months trying to see it all! There are too many things to list, so whether you are coming to relax, have some fun, or set up your new home you will love it in Western Australia!
Perth / Mullaloo area
Mullaloo is close to everything.
If you want to chill out there are many beaches up and down the Perth coastline. Mullaloo is one of the most popular suitable for swimming, snorkeling and surfing and is patrolled during the summer. Maybe a round of golf is in order at Joondalup’s internationally acclaimed golf course one of 4 golf courses nearby. Or maybe a movie at one of three cinemas all within 5 mins drive. You could treat yourself to a facial or relaxation massage or perhaps a new hairstyle at one of the many local beauticians and hairdressers.
Mullaloo and surrounding areas have many great restaurants and bars like Mullaloo Beach Hotel, The Old Bailey at Joondalup, Oscars at Currambine, Breakwater Tavern at Hilary’s Marina and many many more catering for whatever tastes you desire. After Dinner you may want to go to one of the local bars or one of the night clubs like Grand Boulevard Tavern, Barz or maybe Bar 120 at Hillary’s or take a 25 min trip by car or train into the CBD to Northbridge, Perth or Subiaco where the choices are endless.
Hillary’s Marina, a very popular tourist attraction is a 5 minute drive down the Sunset Coast road or a 15 minute bike ride down the coastal bike paths that meander through the sand dunes has a wealth of activities for all age groups. Everything from Waterslides, trampolines, high ropes courses to deep sea fishing adventures or shopping. The Rottnest Island ferry also leaves from Hilary’s Marina for day trips to beautiful Rottnest Island or seasonal Whale watching expeditions.

How to get there
Mullaloo is a seaside suburb with a restaurants, shops, classy bar and beautiful patrolled beach.
The most practical way to get from the airport to the house is hiring a car. (If you have oversize luggage like boards prams etc call the owner and alternative arrangements can possibly be made).
Getting a taxi is also an option but Perth is a fairly spread out place and unless you speak and understand English the public transport system could be difficult to navigate, however all timetables and bus, ferry, and train routes can be pre-organised online.
There are constant busses passing within 800m walk of the house and they link up to trains and ferries all over Perth. Any further information can be obtained by contacting the owner.
