The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
Perth is situated on the banks of the Swan River, and has a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Appropriately named the Sunset Coast with 60km of white sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters of the Indian Ocean, ideal for surfing, windsurfing, fishing or just relaxing on the beach. Just 25 mins drive and you're in the Swan Valley with its many vineyards and restaurants. Historical Fremantle is 40 mins away and the City of Perth is a 20 min train ride from the nearby train station.
Perth / Hillarys area
Padbury is a quiet area in the heart of the northern suburbs of Perth. The nearby beaches of Hillarys, Pinnaroo Point and Mullaloo just a 5 minute drive away (2-3 miles), are some of the best in Australia and front onto the warm Indian Ocean. Hillarys Boat Harbour has an abundance of restaurants, cafe's, shops and bars, many of which overlook the Indian Ocean. There is also a child friendly sandy beach which is floodlit in an evening and is home to numerous families on the warm evenings enjoying their barbeques. Pinnaroo Point boasts soft white sandy beaches and the afternoon winds of the “Fremantle Doctor” makes this beach a popular location for kite-surfers and windsurfers. Kite-surfing equipment rental and tuition is also available. Mullaloo Beach is popular for people of all ages, with a range of facilities along the grassy foreshore, picnic shelters, BBQs, play equipment and a basketball court. Home to the Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club makes this an ideal beach location for families. Swimming, surfing and fishing are popular activities along this pristine stretch of beach.

Fly to Perth International Airport. Contact owner direct for directions from the airport or from Bayswater. There are always local taxis available from the airport to the property - fare should be approximately A$60.

Further details indoors: Benefiting from hot and cold air conditioning, the fully furnished lounge area has two comfortable quality sofas, coffee tables, television, video, dvd player and Hi fi. An archway takes you through to the newly fitted kitchen and dining room complete with sideboard, table and 6 chairs. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and a large built in wardrobe. Bedroom two is fitted with a double bed and bedroom three two single beds, complete with bedside lights and cabinets, and drawers. The new bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin with large mirror and cupboard space, while the WC is separate. The laundry is complete with large sink, washing machine, linen cupboards, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass patio doors lead from the kitchen and dining area to a large covered entertainment area with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the enclosed pool and grassed play area. For your safety a fire extinguisher and smoke alarms have been installed.

Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Variance can be agreed on but only by arrangements with the owners.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Balance of rental amount plus $500 refundable bond is payable on arrival.
Client cancellation, deposit paid is refundable if the house is re-let for entire period booked. A $50 fee will be incurred for cancellations.
Numbers of guest should not exceed number stated on initial enquiry.
Damages, breakages, theft & loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.
Departure of the property should be left in as close a state to its condition on arrival.
Check-in time is generally 04:00pm and checkout time 10.00am however, this can be subject to variation by arrangements with owners.
