The informal lounge attached to the kitchen is ideal for family entertaining and includes fabulous wall mounted Plasma TV for ultimate relaxation, with Foxtel (pay tv). The house boasts a stunning recently renovated kitchen, fully equipped ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking.
All bedrooms are spacious and modern however, the master bedroom also includes an en-suite with shower, walk in robe and wall mounted TV.
The spacious formal lounge is an ideal retreat from family area, very relaxing with additional TV and DVD player. The formal area also hosts a formal dining setting for 6.
The garden is split into a grassed area ideal for sunbathing or children playing, adjacent is a paved pergola area with modern table setting. In addition there is a raised paved area ideal for ball games and a native WA planted rock garden. To the front of the house is a well maintained garden, car port and additional parking if required.

The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area
The local Australians are very friendly and the weather is excellent for at least 9 months of the year with warm temperatures throughout. Summer months can reach up to 40 deg C (Humidity usually low).
Australia is filled with fun outdoor activities and parks for families to relax and enjoy their spare time. Most of the parks around have use of free BBQ facilities, available for added ease and enjoyable socialising outdoors.
All of the beaches are spectacular and the scenic route can be enjoyed by car or best using the cycle paths or plain relaxing walks.
Public transport is very good and can be of great advantage to your holiday trips, to many of the wonderful areas within Perth. We would personally recommend Joondalup, Perth, Subiaco and Fremantle by train for a great relaxing day out.
Yanchep National Park is a must see to relax and enjoy learning all about the Australian culture and animals. With a variety of interesting activities such as visiting the historic underground caves, Koala's enclosure, boomerang lessons, picnic areas and beautiful hand crafts avaible at the souvenir shop.
Perth / Kinross area
Kinross is in a fabulous location, you could enjoy a diverse holiday, visiting local national parks in Yanchep, or Whiteman Park or hitting the busier bars and restaurants close to Joondalup, Mindarie, Mullaloo or Hillary's Boat Harbour. Some fabulous local markets in Wanneroo also.
The house is situated within 2 mins walk from the local newsagents, Chemist, Doctors, DVD rental shop, Hairdresser, Chinese Take away and Fish & Chip shop. In addition, the house is situated less that 2km from 3 large shopping centres, Clarkson (Ocean Keys), Joondalup (Lakeside Shopping Centre) or Currambine Shopping Centre Cinema complex. Also 10 Km from Whitfords shopping centre, and only 2km from the famous Joondalup Golf Course and Resort, Mindarie Marina with more Restaurant/ bars and coffee shops.
For golf lovers, the area boasts 5 local public courses which are varied in layout & degrees of difficulty. Information on all the courses is available at the holiday home and all are accessible by any visitor to the area.
Perth is 25 minutes away by car or train. The nearest train station with direct links to Perth is “Currambine” station which is a 2 minute drive or 10 min walk from the house. Local busses are also available within 5 mins walk from the house. However, to fully enjoy your stay, car hire is recommended.
Mindarie and Hillarys Boat Harbour is also a short drive which has a fabulous family beach, kids play park with safe paddle area and a small kids fun theme park, restaurants and boutique shops. Hillary's Boat Harbour is the closest departure & arrival point for the ferry that travels to Rottnest Island daily. Hillary's houses WA's famous Aqua underwater world, which features shark feeding diving experiences for those adventurous guests.
Whiteman Park & Yanchep National park are close by which is where you can get close to native Australian wildlife, hand feeding Kangaroos and take part in local customs.
The Swan Valley which is a major wine producing area, recommended for connoisseurs of good food & wine, is within 20km drive and a must see whilst visting Perth. Recommended tours available in the welcome pack at the house, with very reasonable rates.

Fly into Perth International or Domestic airport where rental cars and or taxis are available for hire. Directions to the property will be sent once booked confirmed. Please do not hesitate to contact the owners for any additional help with directions or any other query with the property.

A refresher pack will be available including washing powder, washing liquid, tea and coffee on arrival. If you require anything in addition, please contact the owners to arrange.

Further details outdoors: 4 Burner hooded gas BBQ is available and situated in the rear garden near the modern outdoor dining setting for 10 and outdoor bar fridge.
Please note Bikes are available free of charge, however House Owners take no responsibility / liability should guests use these.
A small variety of children's outdoor toys and a small sand pit paddle pool is available in the garden. No responsibility held by the owners.
To fully enjoy your stay, car hire is recommended, although the nearest train station is Currambine Train station. This is only a short 10 minute walk from the house and will get you into the city in approx 25 minutes for a small fee.

- Minimum Stay is 7 nights from AUD $100 per night.
- Booking Confirmation Deposit totalling 7 nights is required for any booking (except bookings over 3 weeks larger deposit to be confirmed at time of booking).
Remaining Balance due can be paid direct into bank a/c or payable on arrival.
Upon arrival a 1 week bond (damage deposit) is required upon entry, this can be given in own countrys currency.
