Hillarys boat harbour, Perth's most popular tourist attraction is right next door to Sorrento Beach! The patrolled beaches, shops and restaurants at Sorrento Quay are only 1.5km walk from the house. You can catch a ferry to Rottnest Is or book a fishing or whale tour from Hillary's Boat Harbour. A number of Golf course are with a 15 minute drive.The bus is near by which can take you to Hillarys, Whitford & Karrinyup Shopping centres or connect you to the trains which will take you into the city. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FAMILY HOME IN A QUIET RESIDENTAL STREET THEREFORE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LARGE GROUPS OF TEENAGES/YOUNG ADULTS IN PARTY MODE.

Sorrento Beach cottage is located 700m from the patrolled Sorrento Beach. Hillarys boat harbour is 1.5km from the home. It offers a good protected beach for kids to swim, a water slide park, many restaurants and shops. You can catch the bus to Whitfords & Karrinyup shopping centres or to the train station which can take you to Perth city, Fremantle or Mandurah. If you have a car you can travel to the Swan Valley which has many wineries and restaurants. If you are interested in golf you have many choices of golf courses within 15 mintue drive. At Hillarys boat harbour you can catch the day ferry to Rottnest Island or book yourself onto a deep sea fishing day trip.

Further details indoors: There are four bedrooms to the home. The master bedroom holds the queen sized ded with a large walk in wardrobe and en-suite. Bedrooms 2 & 3 contain 2 single beds, whilst bedroom 4 has a double bed.(For those with younger children a cot and highchair are available. This house was built to stay cool however there are fans in all the rooms and an aircon in the main lining area and master bedroom. The linen cupboard holds ample bedding and towels. The lounge has 2x3 seater sofas, plus window bay seating, there are 2 tvs in the home, video player, dvd and cd player. The large kitchen has all you need as well as the most important item a dishwasher! The washing machine, iron and ironing board live in the utility room with the washing line immediatley at the back door. The second bathroom has a bath and separate shower.A second toilet is separate.
Further details outdoors: The large entertaining area,just off the spacious kitchen, is ideally undercover for those wishing to cool off in the shade. Alternatively, if you want to make the most of the sun you can swim in the solar heated pool.Afterwards you can cook your meals on the BBQ and relax at the 8 seat outdoor setting.
