Why not walk down to one of Perths most popular attractions Hillarys Boat Harbour? There you'll find many restaurants, cafes, shops and of course the beach! Nothing is too far away with the train station or freeway only 2km away that will take you right into the heart of the city. There's also the bus station a mere 10m from the front door which will take you to the closest shopping mall, Whitfords. Alternatively Karrinyup Mall is 10mins by car down the Marmion Avenue. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, walk in wadrobe and en suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have single beds . There's a separate toilet off the main bathroom which also has a bath and shower. The comfortable lounge leads into the dining room that in turn flows into the spacious kitchen. From the kitchen sliding doors lead out onto a large undercover outdoor area. Here awaits the bbq and outdoor setting! The pool area is large and secluded and equipped with loungers and chairs.

There are beautiful beaches to the north and south of the harbour as well as a safe children's beach within the harbour itself. Hillarys is only 20mins north of Perth's CBD and 40mins from Perth's wine region, the Swan Valley.
