The local public high school is renouned for its academic rigour and there are excellent private schools close by. Duncraig is easily accessible via Perth's Mitchell Freeway and is the perfect 'gateway' to all Western Australia has to offer. If you're after a quiet, family friendly location, you can't go past this area.

We had a lovely time staying at your house at 28 Roche Road! The house was spacious, bright and well maintained. We loved it the minute we stepped into it.
I spent many leisurely mornings walking to the shopping centre just across the road for coffee, groceries, looking in the quaint shops and chatting with the friendly residents of Duncraig. My children spent many happy evenings at Sorrento Beach and Hilarys Boat Harbour.
Most of all, I appreciate your friendly and warm help when I tried to make the rather late booking and deposit.
