The House is located in Clarkson 20/25 minutes from Perth City and close to some of the best beaches in Australia. Mindarie Marina is also close by where there is a good selection of hotels, pubs and cafes, offering excellent beers, wines and food. Local fishing boats and private craft lie moored up to their jetties, Good fishing spots are to be found off the breakwaters, and white beaches lie on either side of the Marina. A few kilometres to the North are the suburbs of Yanchep and Two rocks, with Yanchep National park being close by. Hillarys Boat Harbour is a short drive away with its abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and cafe's

Fly to Perth International Airport where the property owners can either arrange for a hire car to be awaiting your convenience or arrange to collect you from the airport. It is an easy 40 minutes drive to the apartment.
