"Perfect in every way!"

Orchard Cottage simply has everything you need and more. Spacious, comfortable and the location is very beautiful. Perthshire is simply wonderful and there is so much to see and do there. But what really makes Orchard Cottage such a wonderful place, are the hosts. Thank you so much Gwen and Alistair, thank you for making our holiday so wonderful!

"Perfect for us and our dogs"

Good secure garden, great showers, comfortable leather furniture, comfortable beds - no niggles at all. This was our second stay and we would certainly book again.

"Amazing"

Greeted by the owner who had just made us a lovely loaf of her delicious freshly baked bread. Tea, coffee and milk ready for a welcoming cuppa, lovely shortbread and easter eggs for the children, everything provided to make our stay perfect. A very beautiful, well designed unique cottage equipped to a very high standard. The cottage is so comfortable that it is just like being in your own home. The cottage is situated just outside of Perth, directly beside the main road to the north and south, very central but you feel that you are in the country, surrounded by trees and wildlife. If I could, I would move into this lovely home permanently, it was hard to leave the house and very easy to fall in love with it, I would recommend this holiday house to anyone and it was lovely to meet the wonderful people who built it, and now rent it out for everyone elses pleasure.

"FANTASTIC!!!"

Orchard Cottage exceeded all my expectations. As a regular user of cottages and villas both home and abroad I can honestly say that this one is a real gem. The booking process was easy and Gwen was there to meet us on arrival to show us around the cottage. Orchard Cottage is equipped with EVERYTHING you will need for your holiday. The freshly baked home made bread was a lovely touch as were the chocolate eggs for the children. Its is in a lovely quiet location but within easy access of lots of places of interest. Cannot recommend this cottage highly enough and looking forward to returning.

"Perfect cottage, just what we needed"

Great last minute getaway with our 2 young children. The cottage was just perfect. We couldn't have asked for more - but we were very grateful for the fizz and cupcakes! Thank you Gwen for a much needed haven.

"This was such a lovely welcoming home - excellent all round you will not be disappointed"

I actually don't want to say how wonderful it was, how absolutely charming the owners were or how well stocked and comfortable the house is as well I don't want it to get booked up !! maybe its me but I just could not believe that for the money I got the whole house - firewood supplied and so many thoughtful things that just made the stay relaxing. If like me you take most of the kitchen with you (tin foil, kitchen roll your fave sharp knives and best pan) then don't - it was just so well stocked. We also took our two dogs with us and it is really great for them. Lovely and secluded back onto woods and fields great for dog walks but only 15 minute walk to a 24/7 tesco. Close access to perth and dundee, we went to ben nevis and well this was definitely a home we wanted to come home to. Gwen is lovely - not intrusive but makes sure you are well provided for. She even put milk in the fridge for us. House is warm, as much firewood as you want supplied hot water and the most wonderful deep bath great for 2. Communication was easy and payment arranged no hassles. Genuinely will go again.
