A warm welcome awaits you at this superb 150 year old detached farm steading converted in a contemporary style and to a very high standard.
With panoramic uninterrupted views of the hills and moorland and yet only a 10 minute drive to the nearest village Bankfoot which has 2 pubs serving food and a Visitor centre and Scottish liqueur centre.
Perth itself which is the heart of Scotland is only 12 miles away and has range or superb restaurants,pubs,shops and renowned theatre & new concert hall.
There are a number of Golf courses within the area and you are also approx a 30 min drive from the famous Gleneagles. Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews and Stirling are all within a 1 hour drive.
The village of Dunkeld is about a 15 minute drive and has various activities for you pass the time away they include Fishing, Golf, 4x4 off road driving & adventure sports.
The cottage is also available for short breaks between 2-4 nights depending on the season.
The living area is open plan with Log Burner, dining area & kitchen. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. One twin bedroom with TV/DVD player with freeview and a separate shower/wet room.Enclosed private courtyard, and a balcony on the upper floor, garden furniture and BBQ.
Attention to detail is a must and only the best of bed linen and towels are provided along with a substantial selection of DVD'S to watch only if can take your eyes away from the spectacular countryside views of course.
