"Everything was perfect!"

We wouldn't change a thing about our stay at Fernbank Cottage. Both my husband and myself made the comment we couldn't have picked a better location as far as being central to so many things we wanted to do and see. And we both loved the old village atmosphere. Our hosts were excellent. They provided us with so many things to make our stay memorable. I would like to thank them for their thoughtfulness and concern for our welfare. I would recommend Fernbank to anyone who ask.

Thank you for such a lovely comment. We like to make our guests as comfortable as possible and we do love the old village atmosphere of Rait too (we're biased of course!) We hope to welcome you back to Fernbank in the future!

"Great spot very up-together property"

Great spot, newish bathroom and kitchen, 2 bedrooms good size for a family of 4. nice and warm which isn't to be sniffed at in Perth!!

Disappointed that it's reserved already for our next stay in Perth but will try and grab it when we go back again.

Some friends came to visit and booked it for their next stay.

5 Stars!!

Thank you for your lovely review! I'm sorry we're booked for your next visit to Perth but we look forward to welcoming your friends to Fernbank and hope to have you back soon too!

"Beautiful - highly recommended!!"

We stayed at Fernbank in November 2013. The cottage was perfect and we were very well looked after by its owners.
The cottage is perfectly positioned within easy driving distance to both Perth and Dundee or Edinburgh (just over an hour). It is perfectly equipped and ideal for both very young children or elderly.

Thank you very much for such a lovely review! We always like to treat our guests how we would like to be treated too!

Thanks again,

Fraser, Sheena and Pam

"Beautifully clean and tidy and in a lovely location"

The owners are very helpful if you need them, but will leave you to enjoy your holiday if you don't! The cottage is perfectly situated beween the large towns of Dundee and Perth, but set in a pretty hamlet. A cluster of antique shops is nearby and a short drive away is the Cairn O' Mohr wine and cider makers which is definately worth visiting, if only just for the cafe. This is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet.

We're delighted you enjoyed your stay and are always happy to assist when asked! A trip to Cairn o'Mohr is always a good shout too!
