The living room has a coal effect gas fire, windows overlooking the garden and the River Tay, There are 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin, a family bathroom with bath with a, separate shower cubicle. There is also another WC.
This lovely property is bright and spacious. It is ideal for couples, friends or family groups or indeed for business visitors.
It is just a short walk into Perth City Centre with Perth Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Museum and Gallery, shops, hotels and restaurants. Perth has excellent train and road links making it readily accessible to Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as the Highlands.

"Excellent property and location for vacation stay in Perth."
Rented the garden apartment and was most impressed by the facilities. Fully equipped for self catering and great location for a short walk into the city center.
Garden area is excellent for outdoor relaxation or entertainment, if weather permits.
