This is a refurbished holiday apartment set within a traditional 3-storey villa, with exceptional views across the River Tay.

The property is on the 1st floor with the stairs leading up from the entrace hall to the accommodation. There is a spacious lounge with coal effect gas fire and large curved window letting in lots of light and a well equipped modern dining/ kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; master with ensuite shower room, 1 double and 1 twin. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The master bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all located to the rear of the building overlooking the garden and River. The remaining accommodation is to the front of the building overlooking the drive.

This lovely property retains many original features including large sash and case windows, high ceilings with cornicing, feature fireplaces, feature sky light and beautiful staircase, while having been decorated and equipped with modern living in mind. It is ideal for couples, friends or family groups or indeed for business visitors.

Just 10 minutes walk into Perth City Centre, Perth Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Museum and Gallery, hotels and restaurants ensure many amenities and attractions are right on the doorstep. Its is less than an hour's drive to the Glenshee ski centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Dunkeld forestry walks and cycling. Perth also has excellent train and road links to Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Less than an hour's drive to the Glenshee ski centre, Pitlochry Festival Theatre, Dunkeld forestry walks and cycling. It's also just under 1 hour drive from the Cities of Edinburgh and Glasgow and less than 2 hours from the world renowned Loch Fyne Oyster Restaurant.

"absolutely fabulous apartment"

This apartment was fabulous, large rooms, plenty of space, fully equipped and in the most beautiful setting with lovely views across the river. Short walk into the city centre, parking right outside. We will certainly stay here again

"excellent value"

Could not believe how spacious this flat was,three large bedrooms and two bathrooms massive lounge and a big kitchen plenty of room for a family, very clean and nicely decorated. The views over the river Tay were just beautiful, we did not expect what we got and would highly recommend a visit.
