Well equipped modern dining kitchen. 3 bedrooms; master with ensuite shower room, 1 double and 1 twin. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The master bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all located to the rear of the building overlooking the garden and River. The remaining accommodation is to the front of the building overlooking the drive.

This lovely property retains many original features including large sash and case windows, high ceilings with cornicing, feature fireplaces, feature sky light and feature staircase, while having been decorated and equipped with modern living in mind. It is ideal for couples, friends or family groups or indeed for business visitors.

Just 10 minutes walk into Perth City Centre, Perth Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Museum and Gallery, hotels and restaurants ensure many amenities and attractions are right on the doorstep. For those seeking a little adventure, the accommodation is 10 - 15 minutes drive to Scone Aerodrome; a popular micro-light and helicopter centre. "absolutely fabulous apartment"

This apartment was fabulous, large rooms, plenty of space, fully equipped and in the most beautiful setting with lovely views across the river. Short walk into the city centre, parking right outside. We will certainly stay here again

"excellent value"

Could not believe how spacious this flat was,three large bedrooms and two bathrooms massive lounge and a big kitchen plenty of room for a family, very clean and nicely decorated. The views over the river Tay were just beautiful, we did not expect what we got and would highly recommend a visit.
