The property consists of a lounge with comfortable furniture for relaxing with flat screen TV & a varied choice of DVD's & CD's or for enjoying the tranquility of the peaceful setting overlooking the courtyard. There is a dining table as well as smaller tables for casual eating. The kitchen is equipped with washer/drier, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven & gas hob. Washing powder, dish-washer tablets, kitchen roll etc are all supplied for guests - even polybags, clingfilm etc are there should you wish to take a picnic out with you making this a truly home from home! The single bedroom has a comfortable single bed with fitted wardrobe providing good hanging space with the master bedroom having a double bed and double fitted wardrobes - both bedrooms which are to the rear of the building, are light and airy as well as quiet. The master bedroom also has en en-suite shower room.
In the hall there are two large walk-in type cupboards so plenty of space for storing luggage or items such as golf clubs etc. In the bathroom you will always find 'Radox' should you wish a soak in the bath after a tiring day sightseeing!

The property is personally supervised by the owner and you are assured of a warm welcome. We have consistently been awarded the Visit Scotland 4 star rating, being inspected by the Tourist Board annually. Also part of the Visit Scotland Walkers Scheme.

The property overlooks South Inch Park. This is a large park for playing ball games etc with a boating pond, play park for children or simply having a stroll. Many people enjoy feeding the ducks or in the spring time walking though the daffodils.
Sorry smoking is not permitted in the apartment nor the communal hallway. Pets are not allowed.
Please note there is a minimum charge of £300 for short breaks.

The Tayside/Perthshire region
Perth is a bustling, cosmopolitan city with beautiful gardens and parks as well as excellent choice of individual shops, cafes and restaurants. Indeed Perth has all the elements of a much larger city yet remains compact, accessible and historically fascinating.
The surrounding countryside is truly beautiful with the Highlands of Scotland being a short drive away as is the delightful sandy beaches to be found on the coastline of Fife. The capital city of Edinburgh is a short drive on the motorway by car or by bus - you can be in the centre of Edinburgh looking at the world famous Castle then return on the same day to the peace & quiet of your Perth holiday home.
Perthshire boasts twenty-four 18 hole golf courses with the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrews gold courses a short drive away. Other sporting activities such as fishing, ice-skating, swimming, curling, ski-ing, hill walking - are all to be found close by.
Historic castles are always popular with museums and art galleries to be found locally too. When visiting Scotland, a tour of a whisky distillery is always high on the agenda.

Very well stocked and comfortable apartment, all little extras provided and very well maintained. Right next to large park with excellent play area for kids and a few minutes walk from shops and rest… More
