The Manor is located in the popular suburb of Canning Vale South. Tastefully decorated throughout with a relaxed atmosphere the property is spacious internally, has a great kitchen will all the required appliances and coffee machine. The downstairs lounge area is furnished with a sumptuous leather lounge TV, dvd player and small stereo system complete with a library of books, dvds & music cds. The upstairs theatre room has a new lounge and 2 theatre reclining chairs, a 48" television and hi-fi system and has been very popular with previous guests.
Children are totally catered for with sony playstation and games, books and boardgames. The outdoor bbq area has a new bbq and comfortable outdoor setting with a gas bbq heater for cooler evenings and a lovely garden with Aussie native plants. Property has quick easy access to all freeways for any touring day trips.
This home is ideal for migrating families or holidaymakers seeking a fully furnished home with every convenience imaginable to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free. If you are waiting for your furniture to arrive in Australia, or even visas to be stamped, it's a great opportunity to get a feel of the suburbs and take your time looking for your new home. Canning Vale has the largest open air Sunday Market in Perth which is just a few minutes drive from the property. Canning Vale is a relatively new suburb which has convenient access to the freeways and most destinations and both airports. (definitely no cross town traffic). Perth, Fremantle and the hills are all approximately no more than 16klms in each direction. Our famous Margaret River wineries are located south of the city and the freeways are accessible from Canning Vale. Listed are just some of the popular tourist attractions that you may be interested in visiting. At the property are many tourist brochures and maps etc. Tennis courts, swimming pools, volleyball courts, 3 golf courses and health clubs all closeby.

It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the airport to Canning Vale. Taxi Fare will cost approx $20.

Kathy & Bob (USA) 2008 We stayed in this beautiful home with another couple. There is nothing you need to bring, with the exception of clothes and personal items. It was like coming home. There was nothing that was not provided. Suzanne provided a wonderful breakfast for us to cook the first morning and champagne, the most delicious tea, chocolates under the pillows! There are beautiful walking paths. It is close to public transportation, though we rented a car. I really cannot tell you how highly I recommend this vacation rental. We look forward to returning, to stay for 2-3 months. There is just too much to see!
