With all the comforts and individual service of a small hotel this boutique holiday home has a stunning mix of contemporary furnishings and unique original art work, quality fine linen and choose from goose down doonas or pure cotton. Choose between 2 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom or 2 king sized single beds. The 2 bathrooms are well appointed, the beds blissfully comfortable, Our little VIP's are pampered too with a safe and comfortable cot, high chairs and a roomy garden to play in.
The local Livingston Shopping Centre boasts 55 specialty shops including Woolworths, Baker, Newsagency, Butcher, Banks & Post Office. There is plenty of choice at the same location the many fast food outlets and within 5 minutes more small local restaurants including Japanese, Thai, Indian and Italian.
Tastefully decorated throughout, this open plan spacious home, has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and every convenience for a relaxed holiday. The downstairs lounge area is furnished with a sumptuous leather lounge TV, dvd player and small stereo system complete with a library of books, dvds & music cds. .
Children are totally catered for with Sony Playstation and games, books and boardgames. The alfresco BBQ area is spacious and totally undercover from the sun. The comfortable outdoor setting has enough seating for 10 to sit back and enjoy the immaculate garden with Aussie native plants as well as having plenty of room for children to play on their own. Just minutes from arterial roads for quick easy access to all freeways for any touring day trips.

Canning Vale is a thriving community and a popular suburb for its standard of housing and location to the city, freeways and its proximity to many conveniences including the Canning Vale business district just 3 minutes drive.

Canning Vale is a relatively new suburb which has convenient access to the freeways and most destinations and both airports. (definitely no cross town traffic). Perth, Fremantle and the hills are all approximately no more than 16klms in each direction. Our famous Margaret River wineries are located south of the city and the freeways are accessible from Canning Vale. Listed are just some of the popular tourist attractions that you may be interested in visiting. At the property are many tourist brochures and maps etc.

Tea Tree Manor was a fantastic place to stay while on holiday. It was centrally located near grocery and mass transit. The home was beautiful and immacuately maintained. We were very impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and ability to sleep six adults in separate rooms. I would definitely stay at Tea Tree Manor and would have no problem recommending to family and friends.

We rented Tea Tree Manor for an extended stay and felt at home as soon as we arrived. It is unlike other holiday accommodation that we have used in W.A as your comfort is what is provided for in spades and you are not just another faceless visitor.
Suzanne and Lou who own the property always made sure we had everything that we needed and even happily came to our rescue on Christmas day when our Grandson managed to lock us out of our bedroom.
If you stay here you will not be disappointed.
