This is a delightful, spacious, privately owned one bedroom ground floor apartment with private undercover courtyard offers reverse cycle air conditioned and free wifi, queen size bed accommodation.

Max of 3 but quote is for 2 adults please advise if there are 3 guests including infants as a sofa bed can be made up on request for 15 extra per night.

Stay in the quiet, leafy green conveniently located apartment. A quick 5 minute drive to the CBD and a short 15 minute walk to Subiaco. It will take 5 minutes to walk to Shenton Park Village where you will find a well stocked convenience store (IGA), chemist, gift store and well known Lawleys Cafe and other specialty stores.

We are also located close to West Perth, Nedlands and Crawley, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital ( 5 minute walk across the park) and The University of Western Australia (UWA) (5 Min by local bus).

Shenton Park is a leafy green suburb close to Subiaco and the Perth CBD.

Buses from Thomas street a 2 minute walk away will connect you to UWA, our beautiful beaches, Art galleries, Perth Convention Center, Jamie Olivers restaurant and the City Center.

The Western Australia region

Shenton Park is located alongside the western edge of Kings Park, about 5km west of the Perth CBD. The suburb is characterised by its wide, leafy avenues and traditional tin-roofed 3-bedroom cottages. Many of these have been renovated in the original style, while others have been redeveloped as modern townhouses.

The centrepiece of the suburb is Lake Jualbup, a tranquil reserve on the northern side of the suburb. Shenton Village is a thriving local shopping and restaurant area.

Perth, Perth Metro Area

Perth CBD is easily accessed by road or rail (Shenton Park train station is 5 stops from Perth). The suburb is also handily placed for the Swan River (3km) and the beach at Cottesloe (5km), while Fremantle is just 11km away.

"Home away from home here at Hensman road"

"Perfect short term accom adaption"
