'The Mews' is conveniently located in the established suburb of Yokine, only 6 kms from the centre of Perth on good public transport routes. A park with children's play equipment is adjacent to the property. Other recreation parks, tennis, football, two golf clubs, bowling and archery clubs are also within a 2 kms radius of the property.
The corner shop, bottle shop (off-licence) and bus stops to Perth are across the road.
The local shopping centre which includes two supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, post office and bank ATMs as well as various restaurants, cafes and take-away food outlets offering everything from pizza, sushi, fish & chips, curries, chicken, chinese etc. is within easy walking distance; only 700m from the property.
Ideal for couples and smaller families relocating to Perth.

The park with the playground next door was great for our young daughter, and we all loved the swimming pool. Having beach towels provided was a bonus. We nearly forgot we weren't on holiday but supposed to be finding jobs! Tracey, Paul & Vicky.
