The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom a gas stove, hot water system, telephone, television and DVD Player. The private balcony overlooks the beautiful tree lined garden.
“The Greens” is located in a Security Building with on-site caretaker and covered carport.
The unit is right next to the St Andrews Golf course and only 3 kilometres away from Perth's most popular beaches, Cottesloe and Swanbourne Beaches.

The Claremont area is ideal for couples or families seeking relaxation or traveling in Australia as well as for people visiting Perth for Business purposes due to it’s close locality to Perth City Centre, and the beautiful Swanbourne and Cottesloe Beaches.

Claremont is a stone’s through away from the University of Western Australia and the famous Fremantle district.
The Claremont heated pool is within 300 metres walking distance whilst the train station, gym and Claremont shopping centre are all walking distance.

Claremont is an area of almost five square kilometres and is nestled around Freshwater Bay on the Swan River, in the midst of beautiful parks with an abundance of mature trees. It is an attractive and sought after residential suburb, noted for its village atmosphere, shopping and entertainment precinct, educational establishment and facilities such as golf, swimming and yachting.

Claremont is an upmarket area with very stylish buildings, houses and people. There is a fun and active ambience.

Quality dining in Claremont ranges from cafe style to full restaurant service with a variety of international specialty eateries. Up market retail particularly clothing and designer boutiques, home ware and designer gifts, jewellery, collectables, arts and crafts and bookshops.

Claremont is renowned for it's fantastic shopping, sporting facilities like yachting, golf and swimming, educational institutions and of course the entertainment precinct.
Cottesloe Beach, within 3 kilometres from Claremont, is a wonderful spot to visit. Swimming, surfing, snorkelling, fishing and just sitting in the sun are all favourite pastimes at this premier beach location.

The famous local hotel overlooks the beach and has regular entertainment. It is also home to one of Perth's most popular 'Sunday Sessions'. There are many places nearby to eat, with many establishments having spectacular panoramic views of the Cottesloe coastline.
Cottesloe is easily accessible by local bus and rail transport or there is free parking available at Napier Street car park.

Within walking distance from the beaches, there are a number of cafes to choose from, and many offer alfresco style dining, which is perfect for the Perth summer climate. As you have probably guessed by now, the Sunset Coast gets its name from the stunning sunsets that can be seen at the end of the day. Being on the West Coast of Australia certainly has its advantages, and the perfect end to a day at the beach in Perth would have to be watching the beautiful evening sunsets as the sun goes down over the Indian Ocean.

Freshwater Bay is one of the most spectacular areas of the Swan River, with its open water, beaches, steep vegetated slopes and cliffs. The area has significant conservation, landscape and particular heritage values, but is also subject to heavy pressure for residential, institutional and recreational use.

The Rowe Park tennis courts are available Monday to Saturday 8am – 8pm, Sunday 9am – 8pm.
The two courts are located within the park, which has plenty of space for children to run around, a children’s playground and also a tennis hit-up wall and basketball ring.

Cottesloe Beach - a safe swimming beach although strong currents can develop near the groyne.
Swanbourne Beach - usually a safe beach for swimming, and well known in Perth as a nudist beach.
