The villa is fully furnished and equipped for 5 persons. The kitchen is equipped, with a microwave, fridge/freezer,toaster,kettle and crockery and cutlery for 8 persons. All linen supplied, including towels. The laundry has a front end loader.The private courtyard has BBQ facility and a grassed area. Undercover parking plus extra parking in front of the villa. Airconditioned and located in a quiet inner city suburb. 2.5 km walk to Lake Monger. A specially nice area to see the many Black Swans and wildlife.
Very centrally located with some lovely cafe style Italian restauants 1.2 kms away, in Osborne Park, going north. Mount Hawthorn which is 1.5 kms away north-east has some great coffee shops, delightful suburbian shopping centre. Innaloo, 4 kms west, has a huge shopping mall, with cinemas. Travel further for another 6 kms and you are at Scarborough Beach, the most popular beach in Perth. Drive along the coast and enjoy the spectacular views. Most beaches have BBQ facilities or food outlets, so arrange to spend a late afternoon and watch a breathtaking sunset.

Western Australia covers about half the land mass of Australia. The population is approximately 2.5 million.
Perth city and suburbs has a population of approximately 1.2 million and the suburbs have now stretched up to Yanchep, in the north and down the coast to Mandurah.
The southwest is tranquil and a delight to travel through. The southwest has become popular for its many vineyards, but we do have the fruit growing areas of Donnybrook/Bridgetown.
To the east we have the old town of York and New Norcia where the monks first settled in Western Australia. The north is mainly arid, but has some fantastic fishing spots.
Perth climate is mainly temperate. Our summers range from 30 - 40 degrees, through the months of December and January/February.
Perth, Perth Metro Area / Joondanna area
Joondanna is an inner city suburb 5 to 6 kms from the city. A 2 km ride to the nearest onramp of the freeway and railway station. Lake Monger, 2.5 kms away and home to the Black Swan and several wildlife species. Another serene place with abundant kangaroos is Pinnaroo Memorial Park, a 15 minute drive north on the freeway.
Right opposite the park is the Leisure Centre,with indoor pools, spas etc. A further 3 kms west is the Hillarys boat harbour with marine park, and fantastic Sorrento beach . The ferry to Rotnest leaves from Hillarys daily. There is jet skiing, snorkling, canoeing etc at the boat harbour.
The villa is 2 kms away from the suburb of Osborne Park which has some fantastic and very popular Italian Restaurants. Don Camillos Tuscan Style, provides you with a great smorgasboard and entertainment.
Leederville about 4 kms away is very popular for cafes and has several cafe style restaurants, and pub.

Further details indoors: The villa is a 3 bedroom brick and clay tile,insulated premise. Furnished with a queen bed, two single beds and a trundle, for fifth person. The unit is fully equipped,eg. linen, blankets, doonas, towels, crockery, cutlery,airconditioned and security system. Parking is undercover, with additional parking in front of the unit. It has a bathroom with separate shower and bath facility. Main bedroom has a walkin robe and robes in the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is very spacious, bright and airy. Large lounge and meals area. The private courtyard has BBQ facility and spare seating in the lockup storage.
Further details outdoors: Undercover parking at rear of villa, and extra parking at the front. The rear of villa has a courtyard with outdoor setting and bbq.

A holding deposit of 5% at time of booking. 25% to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. Balance to be paid on arrival in cash. A further $500.00 bond for breakage to be paid on arrival and fully refundable. Strictly no smoking inside of villa.
