Located in a quiet, secluded cul de sac, this recently renovated apartment is protected from the elements, while it still enjoys all of the benefits of absolute beachfront living. There is also a quaint public garden nearby that is maintained by local residents.

Queensize bedroom with luxury ensemble, newly renovated ensuite and modern built in wardrobes. A heater and portable fan are available for your comfort. All linen and bath towels are supplied by our professional cleaners.

There is also a sofabed in the living room that folds out into a double bed, sofabed linen can be supplied upon request. A cot and highchair can also be supplied upon request.

The apartment boasts polished parquetry flooring and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The living area includes a comfortable lounge and TV area with modern seating so you can spend your afternoon enjoying the sea breeze. There is also wifi available at the apartment for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, kettle toaster etc so you can cook your own meals. There is also a clothes washing machine and fold out ironing facilities in the kitchen.

There is also a small private balcony with seating. Note the apartment is ground floor so it doesn't have beach views.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, a car park and access to the communal washing machines is available.

The Neighbourhood

It's clean, safe, upmarket and it's bordered by the beautiful Swan River to the East and the Indian Ocean to the West. There is also a quaint secret community garden between the apartment and the beach.

Getting around

The bus station is nearby. The bus that uses this stop is Bus number 102. The 102 bus goest to Cottesloe Train station and the bus station in Perth city. Grant Street train station is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment, or guests can get the bus to the local train station and catch the train instead.

"Loved being so close to the beach"

We just finished our stay at the apartment. It was really clean and cosy and best of all it was right across the road from the beach! We wandered across to the beach each morning to eat our breakfast and evening to watch the sunset. Everything is provided in the apartment which was really handy and being on the ground floor meant that it was reasonably protected from the winter weather.
