Perth has plenty to offer! We have miles of pristine beaches with crystal clear water. We have our beautiful, non polluted Swan River where many water sports take place. There are the wineries of the Swan Valley to experience. If golf is your passion we have some amazing world renowned golf courses to choose from and the beauty is most are accessible to the public! Or sailing? We have some fantastic sailing conditions here and the Swan river is big enough to cater for hundreds of boats. Not to mention the magnificent blue sky and seemingly endless sunshine. Pack a picnic and head up to Kings Park for panoramic views of the city. Take in the local flora and fauna. Just minutes from this flat.
The Perth, Perth Metro Area / South Perth area
All of Perth is superbly close to this little gem. With the Swan River foreshore just around the corner! Experience 100s of yachts out sailing on a weekend, there is waterskiing & jet skiing right near by – watch or join in! Cycling, running, walking, rollerblading, or evening strolling/dining along the Swan is a well practiced pastime here and is all there for the taking. James Mitchell Park runs all the way along the foreshore here. It has picnic areas with BBQs. Perth Zoo just nearby and even if the animals don’t grab you the surroundings will. It is a lovely place to take a stroll in and absorb the local flora and fauna.
Or catch the ferry just across the river and you are right in the middle of the city (CBD) with all the commerce and local history you could ask for. Not to mention the business district.?
There is truly plenty to do in this area. South Perth is in the heart of it all.

The property was okay. Location is alright, but our apartment was tucked right into a corner, with almost no natural light. The property was cold, noisy and the furnishings were quite shabby. The welcome pack in the fridge was a nice touch. My biggest bugbear was the dealings with the property manager. We paid the fulll amount via credit card in February, yet received no acknoweldgements or instructions for keys etc unless we chased for them. There was a dispute about whether we had actually paid, and they tried to have us pay again before staying. In the end I had to spend a lot of time at my credit card company trying to gain proof of payment, which was eventually realised, and then the comms from Margaret Fort finally stopped. As a holiday booking performance, it was a nightmare, but the property is quite okay, if not as good as it appears in the website. |

Loved the restaurants and shopping in South Perth and being able to walk to Language College in the city, when lazy we took the bus and the ferry ride was cool. We hope to return to this special place.....Zuzana and Michael Slovakia
