Strict 3 month minimum stay. Only recently completed, this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is in the perfect location for Perth CBD, West Perth or Subiaco business, holiday and shopping opportunities. Situated on the top (5th) floor of a quiet building in Hay Street West Perth, right on the edge of Subiaco, you are only a few minutes from the shopping, dining and café strips of Perth City, Subiaco, Leederville and Northbridge. West Perth also has some nice little bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance.

The apartment is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a laundry, fully equipped and beautifully appointed kitchen, spacious open dining and living area and a large welcoming balcony complete with dining for 8 and a comfortable outdoor lounging area. The view out over the trees and historic roof tops of Subiaco towards the coast is magnificent at sunset. There are 2 secure parking bays located under the building and there are multiple bus routes through West Perth and Subiaco, including the free transit route directly into and out of the CBD.

Our properties are all fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing. If you would like your bed made and your house cleaned, please let us know and we would be happy to come and do your housework for you at a cost of $100 per time. If you would just like a quick tidy up and your beds made, it would be $40 per hour.

Axiom on Hay is also centrally located and close to 5 of Perth's major hospitals – St John of God, King Edward Memorial, Princess Margaret Children's, Sir Charles Gardiner and Royal Perth, as well as being only minutes away to the University of WA and Matilda Bay. You are also only a few minutes walk from Kings Park which is 1000 acres of natural bush land interwoven with cycle ways and walking paths and is one of Perth's premium tourist destinations with it's wonderful views over Perth City and the majestic Swan River.

Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval) is also only a few minutes walk away, with the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia also being very close by and simple to get to via public transport.

The Western Australia region

The city of Perth is known as one of the most isolated in the world, mainly due to the sheer size of this beautiful country of ours, Australia. This isolation ensures we have some of the most pristine landscape in the world. Our multitude of endless white sandy beaches are a truly wonderful way to see us at our best, and only a 15 minute drive from the centre of the city. Watch out for our famous hungry sharks though :) Perth is situated on a large expanse of river land called the Swan River, which meanders comfortably inland from the historic port city of Fremantle. Perth City itself is situated some 15 kms upstream from Fremantle and the river then continues it's way up through our beautiful Swan Valley, complete with it's vibrant wine industry, and then into the picturesque Perth hills area. Axiom on Hay is situated only a few minutes walk to magnificent Kings Park, which thanks to some very forward thinking ancestral city fathers, is a large 1000 acre tract of natural bushland which has been preserved in it's native state, right on the edge of CBD. It is criss crossed with a multitude of walking and cycling paths and is also home to several award winning restaurants and cafes, in several locations throughout the park.

Axiom on Hay is within close proximity to all our beautiful city of Perth has to offer. From Kings Park and the beautiful Swan River with the multitude of walking and cycling trails in its city surrounds, the historic University of Western Australia, 5 of the city's major hospitals and the many attractions of the wining, dining and café culture of the Subiaco, Perth city, Leederville, Highgate and Northbridge areas, to the business and shopping opportunities of the CBD, the apartment is right in the middle of this hub of excitement. We are also just a short distance to Patterson Stadium (formerly Subiaco Oval), delightful Matilda Bay, the Perth Convention Centre, the new Perth Arena complex, the Perth Theatre Centre, His Majesty's Theatre, the Perth Museum and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Trains and buses are also close by for that visit to any of Perth's fabulous iconic pristine beaches or perhaps the historic port city of Fremantle.
