15 minutes drive to Swan valley vinery precinct and restaurants; 7 km's to city centre. Regular House cleaning offered as an optional extra.

We lack only snow….but try sand boarding on the massive sand dunes at Lancelin, a lovely beach front town (70 minutes away). Alternatively, sample some of Western Australia’s finest wines at one of the local Swan Valley’s many wineries. The Swan Valley also offers top restaurants along with cheese and chocolate factories.

The Perth, Perth Metro Area / Belmont area

Belmont is 7 kilometres east of Perth City, a short stroll to the Swan River where, as mentioned above, there are many activities to choose from. It is a very safe, peaceful, well established suburb. Many amenities are very close by such as Burswood Casino with its International Hotel & Convention Centre, the huge Belmont Forum Shopping Mall, movie theatres, restaurants, the superb Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre with its indoor and outdoor pools, state of the art gym, spa/sauna, all the features you would expect from a top end sports and leisure centre (www.belmontoasis.com.au).

There is also Karting close by and beautiful parks. Belmont is the home of horse racing here in Perth. With weekly events at Ascot and Belmont Park race courses.

For children there are many under the sun activities close by. Local parks, a skateboard park, swimming, cycling, rollerblading, or a spot of fishing (rods can be provided). There is also a Child Care Centre close by that can offer occasional care (please check first).

Calendar of local events for 2008 can be supplied on request.

There is an endless array of activities to choose from. Be it Darts, Bingo, or target shooting at the Pistol Range, Dancing, Archery or Lawn Bowls, as Belmont is such a well established suburb the list goes on.

“What I needed at the time not for everyoe” A clean small house that was what I needed for a break in a quiet area, reasonable well fitted out but the back verandah toilet was a cold place to be at night. No dishwasher which I found a pain the rest of the house worked. Reasonable value for money and the lady who handled the deal was so helpful. For a quiet small family break its good, but if you want to party not so much. Response: I am pleased to say In November 2012 we extended and renovated the laundry to include double laundry troughs, a Bench and a full bank laundry cupboards with extra lighting and power points, next to renovate the kitchen and include a dishwasher in 2013.
