The Western Australia / Perth Metro Area region
Perth is the most isolated city in the world. It is the capital of Western Australia which is the biggest State in Australia. We are famous for stunning wildlife and pristine beaches. Our natural resources of iron ore, nickel, coal, gas and gold are in high demand world wide.
Our marine life and the recently World Heritage Listed Ningaloo Reef which is the longest fringe reef in the world make a visit to our state a must. There the diversity of marine life of corals, turtles, whalesharks and stingrays, dolphins and countless varieties of fish make for a divers/snorklers paradise.
Our incredible variety of wildflowers, trees and natural beauty spots are unique. Not to mention our unique fauna such as Kangaroos, emus, and birdlife interspersed with amazing scenery.
The Perth, Perth Metro Area / Karrinyup area
We are situated within walking distance of our famous Scarborough Beach which is home to one of Australia's top Lifesaver and Sea Rescue teams. Throughout the summer regular surflifesaving carnivals are held.
Karrinyup Country Club is in the same suburb and is famous for its golf of which we have several courses.
Some of Australias top private schools such as St Marys and Hale School are in or near this suburb. Karrinyup Shopping Centre is one of the biggest in the Perth area and is within easy walking distance of Billies Place.
Australia Day is celebrated on January26th each year and our famous Anzac Day is on April 25th. There are many places of interest to visit of which Kings Park will give you a spectacular view of our fair city of Perth
We highly recommend a daytrip or longer to Rottnest Island. The ferry is located at Hilarys Boat Harbour 10minutes drive away. Swan Valley Wineries are 20 minutes drive or take the ferry on the beautiful Swan River.
Challenge Stadium is a short drive where you will find world class sporting facilities including several Olympic size pools.
