The Villa is situated in the suburb of Victoria Park. Close by are many reserves and parks that are suitable for playground and picnics with free BBQ facilities. It is popular with its cafe and restaurant strips and Burswood Resort Casino is only a few minutes drive away.

From the villa it takes10 mins walk to a parks & Swan river, 15 mins to shops, supermarket, cafes & restaurants

- 5 mins drive to Burswood Hotel, Casino & Entertainment complex.

"Better than we hoped"

Having travelled for over 24 hours we were pretty shattered on arrival at Victoria Villa but the welcome from Lori was great and we had absolutely no problems from then onwards. The house was immaculate and beatifully presented, all linen, utensils etc were as new as was the gas barbie which we made good use of. The location was excellent, in a quiet street but within walking distance of good shopping and restaurants on the Albany Highway. The maid service was amazing but unobtrusive and our kids took photos of their toothbrushes all neatly aligned. Angela, the owner, even allowed us to use the towels for the beach and provided replacements.
All in all this was one of our best holiday experiences and a large part of that was down to Angela, Lori and their team.
