Our apartment and complex is safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained.

The apartment is walking distance to the Perth CBD and shopping mall precinct. We are a quick 5 min stroll into the City of Perth. With a 5 min stroll in the other direction will take you up to the famous Kings Park

Parking price for Malcolm street
Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WD's with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to paid up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of you stay. It is under cover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street.
