Sandpipers is an attractive property that sits in a quiet, traffic free mews right in the centre of this traditional and unspoilt seaside village. Recently renovated to a high standard and decorated in a soft palette of neutral colours, the cottage also benefits from a secluded front and rear gardens which is ideal for that evening BBQ or just to relax with a cold glass of chilled white wine after a hard day on the beach! Available to rent throughout the year, Sandpipers is fully equipped for the winter months with full central heating, double glazed windows and a charming wood burning stove in the lounge which makes it extra cosy after that bracing walk on the beach or coastal path!

The village of Perranuthnoe has changed very little over time and really consists of a handful of cottages grouped around an ancient church, an award winning and brilliant village pub/restaurant (The Victoria Inn) and a long crescent shaped stretch of golden sand which is rarely packed even in the height of summer.There are also two excellent cafes (including the beach cafe) a craft shop and an art gallery. At the top of the village and on the Helston to Penzance road is a very good farm shop with a good selection of fresh local produce. The only modern compromise is the local Chinese restaurant and takeaway on the outskirts of the village which is extremely handy for that night off from the kitchen and within easy reach! Sandpipers is an ideal holiday property that ticks all of the boxes but you will have to hurry as it won't be a secret for too long!

Fully fitted units with cream and red tiles, ceramic hob with electric oven and grill, canopy with extractor fan. Dishwasher, fridge and separate wine cooler. Door to rear garden. Small utility room with fitted units, sink washing machine and freezer. Shower room with corner cubicle, thermostatic shower, hand basin and WC. Stairs to first floor accommodation: Bedroom One: King size double bed with additional Oak furniture and wardrobe. Partial views of the beach and sea. Outside: Secluded front garden laid to lawn with paved patio area, hardwood garden furniture and BBQ. Rear garden with elevated terraces and small -quiet- area laid to lawn. Secure storage area to the side of the cottage for wetsuits, surfboards etc with tumble dryer. Driveway parking for one car, additional on-street parking immediately nearby. - Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property and unfortunately pets are not accepted.
