Note: There is a well outside the property which has been sealed. Note: There is a minor road 50 yards away.

The Perranporth / Penhallow area
Between Newquay and Redruth is the delightful hamlet of Penhallow. Situated on a coast road, this charming village is set amidst rolling countryside, flower-filled hedges, quiet country pubs, majestic coastal scenery, great beaches and a wealth of visitor attractions. Visitors to this popular holiday destination can enjoy the shops of beautiful Truro or wander the coastal paths of Perranporth beach. The region is full of excellent walks through the varied landscapes – beaches, rolling hills and lush forests – and provides some of the nation’s best surfing beaches. Nearby is a wonderful cider farm which welcomes visitors, as well as Newquay Zoo, the Eden Project and the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth. With so much within a 40-minute radius, it’s little wonder that this area of sunny Cornwall is so popular.

Only downside to this property is its location next to the main road. Side of garden overlooks a3075 which can get very busy but it does give you a quick access to the main roads when you want to get... more |

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
