Manor Barn provides an excellent base for seeing the beauty of Cornwall. It is centrally located with good access to the A30. Locally Perranporth provides 3 miles of golden sand, golf course, fishing, horse riding and scenic flights.

Set in the listed hamlet of Reen Manor it provides a tranquil environment for your holiday without being far away from shops and facilities. There are many good restaurants locally providing a good range of Cornish food.

Cornwall has long been a popular getaway for many people, with easy access to the sea afforded by the entire county being a highlight.

There are many excellent surf beaches, and all of them are not too far from Perranporth. The coastline is wild and wonderful and the area is known for it's stunning natural beauty.


Perranporth area

The area offers a wide range of activities to the visitor. Perranporth's famous beach offers 3 miles of golden sand and some of the best surf in Europe.

An 18 hole golf course in the sand dunes above the beach offers great views. A riding school and fishing lake are nearby, for the more adventurous tandem skydiving and gliding flights are available.

The surf town of Newquay is also just 7 miles away. Many good restaurants are available locally.

Take the A30 to Carland Cross Roundabout. Stay on the A30 for a further 2 miles, then take the right turn signposted Perranporth & Goonhavern B3285.

Follow road for 2.5 miles to Goonhavern. Turn left at juction then turn immediately right at the double mini roundabout towards Perranporth. Follow road through Rose crossroads 1 mile.

After the crossroad take the turning to the left 500 yards beyond, signposted Reen. Follow the lane for 400 yards then turn right into tarmac driveway.
