It is ideal for families, couples and walkers - dogs welcome. Off road parking close to bungalow

Children are more than welcome, in fact our young grandchildren love it, but as it is in a valley, there are a number of steps!

Perranporth beach welcomes dogs all year round, but in July & August from 9 - 5 dogs need to be kept on a lead on parts of the beach - on the dunes can still be off the lead

The beds are made for you on arrival, and towels are provided

It is approx 1/2 hr relatively level walk to Perranporth beach, therefore ideal for those looking for exercise as well as relaxation! Perranporth remains unspoiled, does cater for all your everyday needs, and plenty of places to eat.

The city of Truro is about 8 miles away, and Newquay is about the same distance.

A footpath passes close to the bungalow, and it is about a 1 mile walk to the coast path, and the Blue Hills of St Agnes are withing walking distance

"Lovely holiday home"

Really lovely little holiday home set in a really peaceful and scenic area. Well located for exploring the surrounding area and making the most of Perranporth. A little to far to walk into the villag… More

Thank you very much for your kind review, and we look forward to seeing you again in the future. We often walk to the beach with our dogs - and it is about 1/2 an hour to the boating lake, where we have a brief rest, then on to the beach - so yes nearly 45 mins - but it is an enjoyable walk. Easier to drive if you have to carry boards, wet suits etc.

"Lovely relaxing holiday"

We all had a very enjoyable stay in this delightful hidden away little gem, so much so we have booked to return this year. The accommodation although compact was sufficient for two adults and two teenagers. It was equipped to a very high standard for a holiday let and had the added bonus of fast wi-fi which kept the kids happy !
The site on which the accommodation stands is a lovely wooded valley which is family own and run by different generations which ensures a high level of service and standards. It is also very secluded and protected from the sea breeze despite being so close. The site is not for those wanting holiday park entertainment but would suit people looking for a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.
The walk from the bungalow to the beach is easy and flat, no need to load the car and find a parking space and also means it is possible to have a drink with your meal before heading back. Perranporth has great beaches and retains the traditional seaside feel with all the amenities but without the tackiness of some others. The whole area is within easy reach with good roads for exploring the other sights, St Agnes a couple of miles away is lovely and not to be missed.
