A delightful spacious bungalow offering exceptional accommodation in a tranquil spot for a relaxing holiday. Providing a south west-facing rear garden, it is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful rugged coastline and unspoilt countryside. Lorien is situated in a small cul de sac in the hamlet of Bolingey where it is extremely quiet. Within a 3 minute walk there is a lovely old village pub serving good food and drinks and the main village shops with an amazing beach and the surfing waves at Perranporth are all within a twenty minute walk or a very short car journey.

There is so much to see and do nearby for all ages including The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, Seal Sanctuary, Newquay Zoo and numerous gardens and holiday attractions. Private parking is available for at least two cars.

The accommodation is all on one level with front entrance into the hallway which leads into various rooms. Wood flooring fitted in the living room, carpets in the bedrooms and tiled floors in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. Just outside the rear door there is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second WC. Lounge/Diner: 42" TV with an integrated DVD player with French doors leading out to the lovey enclosed rear garden. There is a dining table with chairs to seat four people and two leather sofas. Bedroom One: Double bed (4ft 6ins) with TV. Bedroom Two: Twin Beds (3ft). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Bathroom: Shower cubicle with an electric shower, bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Garden: There is a good size enclosed garden to the rear supplied with garden furniture and plenty of parking to the front of the property on the private driveway. Please note that children must be supervised due to a small lake in the neighbouring field. Heating: All rooms have night storage heaters fitted onto the walls and there are portable electric heaters.

Bolingey boasts a charming 17th century pub serving a selection of real ales and delicious home cooked food, sourced locally.
