Welcome to our privately owned and maintained prestige caravan, Sandpiper.

Situated near the path to the beach and within walking distance of Perran Sands Holiday Park's main facilities, Sandpiper offers a spacious lounge with new upholstery, a fully equipped kitchen plus heating throughout the three bedrooms and shower room.

Included within the lounge is a Flat Screen TV with Free-view and a gas fire. There is also a double bed stored beneath the upholstery. From the lounge is access to the kitchen, where you will find, an oven and hob, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer. There is a grassy area to the sides and front of the caravan with a patio and a tarmac parking space.

Mattress Protectors, Duvets and Pillows are provided but please bring your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.

Perran Sands holiday park offers exilaration, space and tranquillity. Nestled amid the 5000 year old Penhale Sands the park sits on this unique landscape of towering sand dunes with direct access to a spacious, clean, sandy beach pounded by the wild Atlantic breakers: this is a surfer's paradise. There is a surf school on site which provides surfing lessons and equipment hire.

Within Perran Sands there is a convenience store with a gift shop. Here you can buy tokens to use the launderette. The hire shop will provide you with anything you may have forgotten.

New for 2013 at the park are new restaurants offering wholesome meals and Wi-fi access. There is also a pizza delivery service and a new fish and chip shop.

Other facilities include an enhanced heated indoor pool with flume and a heated outdoor pool with terrace, adventure golf, bike and kart hire, a climbing wall and a sports court plus facilities to learn to swim with football, archery and fencing coaching.

Located in Strikes bar is a large screen TV plus pool tables and mini-bowling. During the summer months the Puffer Train will take you for a ride of the whole park.

The village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the large wide beach or by car or bus. Here are many unique shops and local cafes. There are plenty of gift shops too. The village also boasts a boating lake amid tropical gardens, spectacular views of the beach can be had from the sundial near the car park at Droskyn Point.

Down below are hundreds of rockpools and caves once haunted by smugglers. There is a tidal pool at Chapel Rock close to the Watering Hole pub which is on the beach itself. Both the local museum and tourist information centre have a wealth of maps and leaflets about the local history and local places such as the lost church in the sand dunes which is also an area of Special Scientific Interest. Whether you want to go horse riding, golfing, paragliding, surfing, or generally splashing around this is the place to be.

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Funworks Passes. These can be arranged at the time of booking your holiday, through us, or you may wish to purchase them when you arrive at the park. Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf, Go-Kart hire.

Dogs: We accept well behaved dogs, please specify the breed when making an enquiry. Charge £20.00 per dog.

Key and Damage Deposit: A £55.00 Key & Damage Deposit is required when paying the final balance to cover any damage or loss of keys. Upon sucessful inspection of the caravan by our cleaner this deposit will be returned to the booking holder.

Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in the party.
