For those who love to hear and see the sea this stylish detached house couldn't be better. As the name suggests 'Seaside House' says it all. Just a minute's level walk to the beach, few properties boast such a view and your gaze will be constantly drawn seaward. The reversed accommodation is light and modern with three bedrooms and the family bathroom on the ground floor. The semi open plan living room with the kitchen and dining area upstairs enjoy the wonderful view of Perranporth's famous surfing beach. In Perranporth you will find a fine selection of small village shops, bars and cafes. Further along the coast you can visit Holywell Bay, Crantock, St.Agnes and Porthtowan where walkers can delight in the scenic coastal path and surfers can enjoy the unique swell that creates some of the most popular surfing spots in the County.

Ground floor accommodation via entrance hall to three bedrooms. Bedroom one: King size bed (5ft) Bedroom two: Double bed (4ft 6ins) Bedroom three: Twin beds (2ft 6ins). Family bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom with a shower fitted over the bath, a wash hand basin and WC. Stairs from the hallway lead to the open-plan living room accommodation that has two large leather sofas, a good size flat screen TV and a DVD player. The views from the front windows are amazing, looking straight out towards the beach. A modern dining table with chairs to seat six is situated adjacent to the spacious kitchen. The kitchen comprises: Built-in electric cooker with hob, microwave, integral fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
