Our 2 bedroom, 6 berth luxury heated caravan is situated on the popular Haven Leisure site of Perran Sands at Perranporth in Cornwall. The caravan is privately owned and run ensuring you of the highest standards. It is ideal for children as it is tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. The master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ample cupboard space, has its own en-suite with double shower and WC. You will also find a vanity unit with mirror, hairdryer and heating.
The second bedroom, also with heating, has a single wardrobe and twin, movable beds. Mattress protectors, pillows and duvets have been provided but please bring your own linen. Alternatively you could hire it from Reception for a small charge.

You can walk across the cliff top and down to the beach to visit the Watering Hole pub or just take in the magnificent views on offer. Perranporth golf club is also just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Perran Sands Holiday Park has everything for a perfect family holiday including daytime and evening entertainment programmes, indoor pool with slide, crazy golf, supermarket, take aways, bars, restaurants and much more. Entertainment passes are required for access to the pool and bars. Local attractions include the pretty towns of Perranporth, Newquay and St Ives, and the cathedral city of Truro is only a 15 minute drive away.

Train and Coach station in Truro. Truro is within a 20 minute cab drive away.

Further details indoors: The lounge area is spacious yet cosy, and has comfortable seating with a pull out double bed beneath the sofa. There is a TV with DVD player and Freeview set top box (including Cbeebies). A gas fire adds to the cosy feel on chilly evenings. The dining area has a free standing table and chairs. A high chair is also provided. The kitchen has a modern gas cooker, with extractor, that runs from mains gas. It is fully equipped and includes a fridge, microwave oven, kettle, iron and pullout ironing board. It has an assembly of china, glass, crockery and cooking utensils and there is also a children’s unbreakable dinner set for families to use.
Outside the caravan is your tarmac parking area and a grass sitting/play area.
Check in time is 3pm Saturday; check out time is 10am Saturday.
All gas and electricity is included in the cost of your holiday
