"Lovely apartment, fabulous view"
My husband, baby son and myself stayed at Droskyn Castle 1 in September. We'd booked because we wanted somewhere that would be comfortable for a family, but had a great view - and we got both of these and more.
The apartment was lovely, a great size and nicely decorated. There are the odd signs of damp around the front windows, but that's only to be expected when you're right by the sea, and we were always warm (there's a fire as well as radiators in each room). The view of the bay from the sitting room window was spectacular, and every night there seemed to be people kite-surfing or paragliding. There was alsoa chest full of toys which was a bonus and kept our son occupied. The kitchen was really well fitted out, with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave - and those amazing views again! Mobile phone signal is poor - which is always a bonus on holiday. However it was a shame that there's no wifi, although we did know this when we booked.
The location was good too, with Perranporth a 5 minute walk away (although probably more like ten minutes on the way back up the hill!). There's a good selection of restaurants, takeaways and pubs in Perranporth, as well as a Co-Op and plenty of places to buy the ubiquitous cornish pasty.
All in all we were really happy with our stay and would recommend it - easy to book, fantastic views and a really comfortable apartment.
Many thanks for taking the time to write such a great review and its fantastic to hear that you loved the apartment so much. We'll take a look at the window in question. Thank you for pointing this out and we look forward to being of assistance to you again in the future.

"Fantastic Sea views"
Overall very good apartment. The only couple of niggles were that it could've been aired beforehand as was very stuffy and also the washing Machine door was faulty. But those minor glitches didn't spoil what was an highly enjoyable stay.
Highly recommend anyone to stay here( bit of a steep walk from the beach, if you're not driving but that'll burn off the fish and chips)
Excellent thank you, see you again for sure!
Thank you for your review. We have reminded our cleaner to ensure that the apartment is always aired prior to the arrival of guests and now fixed the washing machine door. We very much appreciate your comments and look forward to welcoming to you Perranporth again in the future.

"Excellent in every way!!!"
1 Droskyn Castle is an absolutely lovely place to stay in Perranporth. The property itself is in good decorative order being clean and modern. The views from the duel aspect living room are superb and great to wake up to. There is a steep hill to get to this property from the town, but once you are up there the view is well worth it!
Its great to hear that you loved Droskyn Castle 1. Many thanks for taking the time to write a review and we hope to be of assistance to you again in the future. Kind regards
