Commanding outstanding views of the surfing beach at Perranporth and with direct access onto the sand dunes where the path also links up with the West Coastal Path. This renovated ground floor apartment is set within a small development of purpose built holiday homes ideal for beach going families. Approached via a narrow private driveway with a private parking space adjacent, only a short footpath crossing over a stream to the dunes and to three miles of golden sands. Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants within a couple of minutes level walk and is served by local bus connections to Newquay, St.Agnes and Truro. Surf hire shops offering surfing lessons, riding stables, a gliding club, tennis courts and a golf course are all available locally. Padstow, St.Ives and Falmouth are all within a twenty-mile radius making this a popular property to use as a base for touring the north and south coast of Cornwall.

A splendid retreat, the owners have created a very comfortable self-contained ground floor apartment with ceramic tiled flooring in the lounge area. Front entrance has one step leading into the accommodation with a wheelchair friendly ramp, from here everything is on one level. Fresh and bright, a contemporary theme is reflected in the choice of furnishings and decor adding modern appeal to the interior. Kitchen: Ample workspace and kitchen units. There is an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Lounge: Completely newly refurbished in 2011, providing a flat screen wall mounted t.v , comfortable seating for six people on sofas, a rectangular dining table with chairs and a serving hatch to the kitchen This room has a fully glazed front door giving a very pleasant outlook with views to the sea and to the beach. Bedroom One: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Bedroom Two: A spacious family room with a double bed (4ft 6ins) and two single beds (3ft). For additional sleeping there are two-single foldout chair beds available (maximum sleeping 6). Shower room: Newly fitted bath with shower over, wash hand basin, w.c with a large wall mounted towel rail. Heating; Portable and wall mounted electric heaters are supplied. During the colder months (1st October to 1st May) night storage heaters available. Pets: One small dog is welcome excluding July and August.

Parking: Parking for one car is allocated undercover solely for use of Flat 4. An additional parking space can be obtained (extra cost - £10). Please note due to the archway the parking area is limited to the height of 7" 4'and no wider than a standard car.

Laundrette: On site there is a coin operated laundrette for the use of Sandbay visitors.

Nearby attractions such as the Eden Project, Healey's Cyder Farm and Holywell Bay Fun Park will make it easy to keep the kids busy here!
