Beach Walk has tremendous appeal for those preferring to have all of the amenities of a village and beach right on their doorstep. Only metres from the beach and from the high street offering small shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. A paradise for surfers seeking the ultimate wave before it tumbles onto the foreshore, where you can relax on the soft golden sands or lift your spirits by taking an invigorating coastal walk, marvelling at the splendour of cliff slopes and rugged headlands. There are two one bedroom first floor apartments (BEA382 & BEA383) situated in the centre of Perranporth (above the local Tourist Information Centre). Both apartments are furnished to a high degree of style and comfort. There is a communal area by the entrance where one can sit and enjoy the sea view and there is parking provided for your car in a local car park (supplied with a permit).

Accommodation

External steps lead you to the entrance to your accommodation. From here the accommodation is on one level where you can enjoy the wonderful beach and sea views from the open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with prestige white units and ample worktops. There is a built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A small table with chairs and comfy seating, TV and a DVD player are provided in the living room area. Bedroom: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Bathroom: Shower fitted over the bath, hand basin and WC.

A folding table and chairs have been supplied to use outside of the apartment. Parking: A parking permit is provided at no extra charge to park in a local car park (two-minute walk), however there is space to load and unload your car outside of the accommodation.

Thanks for your lovely review. Glad you had such a good time at the apartment - we love the views too! Sorry to hear the hairdryer was missing - sometimes these items do go missing from properties now and then, so we've put a new one in there now. If you come again and find anything missing just let us know right away, as we tend keep these sort of items in stock and can normally arrange to get a replacement to you within a couple of hours. Hopefully see you next year!

"Excellent basic apartment in fantastic location"

We have stayed regularly in the beach walk apartments since they were built a few years ago. They are both in a great position and basically on the beach. Facilities are good in the apartments and it is always lovely and clean on arrival. The DVD player in the tv and the heating are always appreciated! The cooker broke on our first day this year and within 4 hours a new one was in place. Excellent service. The only negative aspect is that the apartments are starting to look a little tatty inside due to wear and tear.

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review and its great to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, by the end of the year there can sometimes be the odd thing thats looking a little tired. However, throughout the winter months, any maintenance required will be carried out to ensure that all of our properties are fresh for next season. "lovely views,good for people watching"

We arrived after a long journey to a very clean,very modern apartment.It was a great location for the beach,high street and restaurants and pubs.The views from the open plan kitchen/living area windows were lovely.You could see the beach and the sea ,which was great for sun rise and sunset times.
