This delightful detached property is an ideal choice for families and an excellent base from which to tour Cornwall. Little Rock is perched on a hillside in a quiet location, just a five minute downhill walk to the beach and to the village. Little Rock commands a beach and sea view from the principle rooms. It also benefits from having central heating, private parking for one car and a small decking area supplied with garden furniture. This is an ideal holiday home for those who enjoy the seaside with all its advantages at any time of the year. The village of Perranporth is set on the coastal road between Newquay and St.Ives on Cornwall's North Coast. Perranporth is a delightful village with numerous small shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and a magnificent beach which stretches to three miles long. Horse riding, tennis, bowling, gliding and surfing are just a few of the sporting activities in the village with a choice of historic gardens and holiday attractions close by at Newquay, Truro, Falmouth and St.Ives.
Sleeps 4. From the parking area there are twenty five steps leading down to the accommodation. Downstairs: Open plan L-shaped kitchen, diner and lounge with French doors leading out onto the decking area. Kitchen: Newly fitted units with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer and a washing machine. Dining and lounge area: To enjoy the view there is a tall dining table with stools to seat four guests, comfy sofas, TV, and DVD player. Downstairs bathroom: Shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. Upstairs: Two bedrooms. Bedroom one: Double bed (4ft 6ins) with a sea view. Bedroom two: Twin beds (3ft).

All the amenities of the town are within easy reach, including a great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and local shops, and with good road and public transport links, Perranporth is an ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Nearby attractions such as the Eden Project, Healey's Cyder Farm and Holywell Bay Fun Park will make it easy to keep the kids busy here!

Little Rock was exactly what we wanted, a fresh modern feel finished to a high standard with everything you need. An quick walk to the beach and town, with a great sea veiw over breakfast.
