A superb holiday spot with the beach on your doorstep. These compact apartments offer a good standard of accommodation for you and your family who require a seaside holiday in this popular resort of Perranporth. Just open the door, walk a few metres to the golden sandy beach without having to pack up the car and drive for miles and then struggle to find a parking space! A selection of shops, restaurants etc., are all within a level walk with many tourist attractions nearby. Atlantic Bay can offer two bedroom apartments with three and four bedroom Penthouses with allocated parking areas. There is a communal garden with benches (unfortunately no ball games or cycling allowed in the garden area)
Sleeps 4. Ground floor apartment with views of the gardens from the front. Entrance leads into the kitchen, which includes an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and a washer/dryer. Lounge/diner to seat up to four people: TV, CD player and a DVD player and an electric fire. Two bedrooms: bedroom one with a double bed (4ft 6ins) and bedroom two has twin beds (3ft). The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
The Atlantic Bay Management Committee will impose a £100 penalty for any person whose pet fouls and any part of the estate and is not seen to have cleared it up.
