This wonderful sea-front Victorian cottage is very spacious and comfortably furnished, enjoying panaroramic views across the magnificent beach at Perranporth. Almost all of the rooms have a magnificent seaview.

Just beyond the garden, (shared with the the adjacent properties) towards the beach there is a large grassed area where children can play. Just imagine - nothing else to do but swing your towel over your shoulder and walk less than fifty metres to one of the finest and longest sandy beaches in Cornwall! In the immediate area there is a golf course, a bowling club, horse riding, tennis courts, gliding and a flying club as well as shops, bars and restaurants. There is a wide expanse of sand dunes, which offers lovely open walking across the cliff tops. The City of Truro (South) and the bustling town of Newquay (North) can easily be reached within a fifteen-minute drive where you can find numerous holiday attractions and a wider selection of shops and restaurants. A superb holiday spot with the beach at your doorstep!

Sleeps 9. Ground floor: Kitchen with a furnished dining area. There is an electric cooker, fridge and a microwave. A washing machine is fitted in the utility room with a fridge, dishwasher and a sink. Separate downstairs W.C. Furnished lounge providing a colour T.V and dvd player. First floor: Bedrooms one and two have double beds. On this same floor is a shower room. Bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and W.C.. Second floor: Bedroom three has twin beds, and bedroom four with three single beds. A cot is available. Please note: Low head height to stairway.

"Fantastic Location - Property Needs Urgent Attention"

Fantastic Location - definitely 4* as advertised. House itself though is very tired and the interior is in definite need of revitalisation/modernisation/decoration - particularly the family bathroom which can only be described as "cell-like." The so called "shower-room" is also rather amibitiously advertised - it is in fact a cupboard that has a shower in it !!! Therefore would rate the property itself more as 2*

Saying that - the location made our week's holiday really enjoyable for all as we particularly love this area and beach. However, for the rental cost (£1,400.00 for a week in August) feel money should be spent on the property to bring it up to a basic standard as when spending this kind of money you do expect decent accommodation.
