"Everything you could ever want"

We had rented and fallen in love with Beachview before, Its a very much sought after holiday let so we were delighted to be able to rent it for the half term week

Beachview casts a magical spell on you. imagine the type of house you would always want to live in as a child, a stone built house over 3 floors with two attic bedrooms, every room looks out to sea, open the front door and walk onto the green and then onto the wonderful beach of perransands There are no roads or cars to worry about and everything you could want is within a short walk. The house itself has a lounge, dining room and Kitchen with a rearpassageway leading to a shower room and toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with two attic bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The house oozes with history and there are several pictures of perranporth on the walls at varying times since the house was built in the 19th century. The house is also like a small library with fully stacked bookshelves dotted all around. Its the fantastic sea view and instant access to the beach which makes it even more special and the owners even provide buckets spades and deckchairs.

Perransands is a brilliant surfing beach and lifeguards were on duty daily throughout the half term week even with air temparatures of 9 degrees with a body board, wetsuit, surf boots and goves (hired from piran surf 2 mins walk away) there was still much fun to be had . Perranporth has a good shops pubs and retuarants and all are within walking distance

Beachview is somewhere I will visit again.

Fantastic to hear you had such a great week at Beachview and many thanks for sharing your review! We look forward to being of assistance to you again in the future. Kind Regards

Although the property had everything you would need in a perfect location there is no value for money. The property is in desperate need of some love & attention. Smelt damp. Was clean & tidy. Just in need!

Hi, I'm sorry about your view regarding your stay at Beachview. This is the first that we have heard of such comments as we have customers return year, after year to this property. I will personally inspect Beachview now that we have received your comments to ensure that we avoid any further negative feedback. I am very surprised that you found the property damp and needing attention, we pride ourselves in caring for our properties and obviously avoiding damp issues is a priority. Many thanks for your feedback and I will be inspecting the property this week. Regards, Denise
