This accommodation is far more spacious than the exterior suggests, with the front entrance leading into the hallway. Semi-Open Plan Kitchen/Diner and Lounge:.Kitchen: A built in electric oven, separate hob microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar. Lounge/Diner: A three-piece suite and a dining table, colour t.v, video and a c.d. player. On this same level is Bedroom One: A King size bed. Bathroom: An electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Bedroom two: Has six stairs leading up to the 3ft twin beds (what used to be the stage when used as a hotel). Both bedrooms are very nicely furnished with built in units. Heating: night storage heaters and an instant heater in the bedroom. Views of the sea can be seen just outside of the apartment by the parking area.

A popular surfing spot, Perranporth Beach is lifeguarded during the summer months, making it an ideal place for families to play and relax – why not try a surf lesson while you're here? Or perhaps you prefer a spot of golf? An 18 hole links golf course if just a few minutes away and boasts spectacular views of the beach and coast. All the amenities of the town are within easy reach, including a great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and local shops, and with good road and public transport links, Perranporth is an ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Nearby attractions such as the Eden Project, Healey's Cyder Farm and Holywell Bay Fun Park will make it easy to keep the kids busy here!

"A great beach holiday location"
Apartment is spacious and well equipped for 4 people. Good sized rooms. Excellent location on clifftop with easy access to beach and local shops (private parking too which is always a bonus). Highly recommended.
