Situated less than 10 minutes from the popular surfing beach of Perranporth and the rock pools of St Agnes beach and only 5 miles from the cathedral city of Truro, Whitestones provides the ideal location for both families and surfers alike. Set in 2 acres of gardens with woodlands and a stream, it provides the perfect get away with beautiful views over the rural countryside. It is a 150 year old converted barn with beamed ceilings, an impressive rounded chimney breast, casement windows and attractive sloping ceilings in the bedrooms. It has its own seperate garden with picnic bench as well as parking for 2 cars. It has modern appliances and ample storage.

It is also within walking distance of Healeys Cider Farm and Callestick Icecream as well as the 16th century Miners Arms country inn.

This accommodation is attached to the main property but still provides complete privacy.

Conveniently situated for exploring Cornwall. Close to the north coast and the south coast only a 30 minute drive away. Eden Project, St Ives and St Michaels Mount all within a 45 minute drive, this is the perfect location for a summer stay in Cornwall.

There are numerous sandy beaches nearby, the closest being: Chapel Porth, St Agnes cove, Perranporth, Holywell and Crantock.

Five minute drive from the shops of Perranporth and St Agnes village and 10 minutes from the city of Truro

Easily accessible from the A30

Steeped in history the surrounding countryside of Cornwall has many ancient celtic standing stones and stone circles as well as the famous engine houses from its mining past.

The surrounding countryside is also crisscrossed with footpaths and byways and there are a number of dedicated cycle paths including the famouse Camel Trail.

Obviously within Cornwall, there are facilities to suit all types of interests - golf, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, coasteering, sailing, flying, gliding, parachuting, fishing, tennis, walking, cycling, music, art galleries, theatres, restaurants, kayaking etc etc


Perranporth and St Agnes are just 3km away - both have great beaches and amenities.

Perranporth has a spectacular 4 km long sandy beach with awesome surf and all the facilities of a busy tourist town.

St Agnes is a traditional Cornish village with a protected beach and great rock pools.

Healey Cider Farm and Callestick Ice cream are within walking distance

There are a number of popular family attractions within a 45 minute drive including Newquay Zoo and Bluereef Aquarium, Maritime Museum, Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park to name but a few, as well as a number of National Trust houses and gardens.

"Fantastic gem perfect for families"
