Hillside House is a large detached 6 bedroom house just a few minutes walk to the village center and Perranporth's famous 3 miles of golden sand! This modern property has fantastic sea views has been finished to a very high standard with ample living space and everything you need for a relaxing holiday and has been awarded an official 4 star grading in 2014. It is ideal for a large family group or two families.

The downstairs of Hillside House is open plan and very spacious. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 comfortably. The lounge area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a downstairs WC. The modern kitchen is equipped with a range style oven, a microwave, an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There is also a smaller table with 4 chairs in the kitchen area. The utility room has a tumble dryer and a freezer. To the rear of the property there is a large conservatory with views stretching across countryside. At one end of the conservatory is an additional dining table with 6 chairs although this can be extended to comfortably seat 10. At the other end there is a sofa, two arm chairs and a coffee table.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The two bedrooms to the rear of the property have countryside views, one has two single beds and one has a double bed and both have built in wardrobes. There is a large double room to the front of the property that enjoys sea views across Perranporth beach. It has a king size bed, built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room with WC. The 4th bedroom on this floor is used an additional TV room. It has a large wall mounted flat screen TV and a good quality sofa bed for additional sleeping for family groups of 11 or 12 people. This room also has sea views.

On the second floor are 2 further bedrooms and another shower room with WC. Both of these rooms have double beds, built in wardrobes, TVs and once again, those stunning sea views! Bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided at this property but please bring your own beach towels.

To the front, there is a brick driveway with enough parking for 3 cars. To the rear is an enclosed garden. There is also a garage which can be used to store surfboards, wind breaks, etc.

"First class property!"

This is a fantastic property, very spacious even with 10 of us! Loved the conservatory and sea views from the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!… More
