The house has 4 x double and 1 x single bedroom so will sleep 8 - 10 adults + 1 cot bed . In addition there are 2 x fold out single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge so a further 4 people can sleep comfortably. One of the double bedrooms comes with an en suite bathroom. There is a downstairs bathroom including a high spec jacuzzi bath and shower. The kitchen comes with washing machine and dishwasher. Double garage comes complete with a full size pool table and table top football, perfect for those evenings in. The gated drive can cater for up to 4 cars should you be travelling separately.
There is a fully enclosed garden, so is completely safe for smaller childred, complete with decking and BBQ area. The property is perfect for all the family, with lots of space for the days you wish to chill at home rather then heading to the beach. The lounge is complete with a wood burner and the house has oil fired central heating. TV with freeview (Sky TV + Wifi available on request) + DVD and Video player and Play station 2 . Walking distance to dunes & the lost church of St Piran (first ever Christian Church in the United Kingdom, I believe). The beach is 25 minutes walk over the dunes.
Should you have small children, the proprietor also owns an OFSTED registered day nursery which can be pre-booked should you wish to have a little time away from the kids.
I would also like to offer a pre-bookable catering service, pricing will depend on what holiday makers are looking for and they will arrange that directly via the Catering Company. Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant is around 15-20 min drive from the property, together with numerous lovely pubs.
Reen Riding stables as well as Perranporth Golf Club are 1/2 mile away. A Reiki Master lives 2 houses away and can also be pre-booked. Should you wish to have a days course or trout fishing then there are a number of fisheries within a short distance.
With Perranporth beach within a short distance, together with a water park in Newquay, you should not be short of holiday activities.

A more recent attraction is the Eden Project, near St. Austell, which attracts thousands of visitors every year.

Rose is an idyllic village situated on the North Cornish coast. Ideally suited for surfers, families and walkers seeking relaxation and easy access to the coast of Cornwall. The thatched Smugglers Inn Den ( 5min drive from the property) offers great food and a wonderful atmoshere. Perranporth, which can be reached on foot across Perranporth Golf club is a bustling sea side town offering all amenities from a bakery, butchers, mini supermarket, as well as a chemist and doctors surgery. Plenty of options for eating out for any budget as well as an excellenty Cornish Pasty shop and Ice cream parlours.

12 of my family stayed here togerther , we had a fantastic time , walk into perranporth took about 30 minutes lovely contry walk bit difficult with buggy when you reach the main road it does have a path beside but bit uneven for buggy.
House has plenty of space we had 10adults and 2. Children . Garage came in handy for the men playing pool in the evening.
Would love to stay again without a doubt.
