This is a charming, turn of the century, detached 4-bedroom Cornish stone-cottage boasting views towards the beach and sea. It is situated within yards of the magnificent beach and village amenities and yet is quietly situated at the top of its own private drive and garden which has a good size decking area to the front where evening meals or alfresco breakfasts can be enjoyed. Good use has been made of the original character of the cottage when modernising to the comfortable standard now attained offering the comforts of home for larger family groups or for two families wishing to share. Perranporth, renowned for its 3 miles of golden sands and surf has a variety of small shops, restaurants, bars and small cafes. There is a challenging golf course, riding stables, gliding club, bowling green, grass tennis courts and much more. A wide range of holiday attractions are easily accessible with both Newquay and Truro located within seven miles and St. Ives and Falmouth within twenty miles.


Entrance hall leads into large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen: Fully fitted with a range of units including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The dining room has a large pine table with benches and chairs, to accommodate 8 - 10 people. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas and two "snuggle" sofas, a flat screen digital TV with DVD. A further small sitting-room/playroom has a sofa (which converts to a double sofa-bed) and DVD player. There is a walk-in shower room on this floor, which comprises electric shower, washbasin & WC. Stairs lead to the four bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedrooms one and two: Bunk beds in each room (3ft) Bedroom Three: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Bedroom Four: Two single beds (3ft). Family bathroom: Bath with shower over, handbasin & WC. Parking on the drive for three cars * Heating operated by an oil fuelled central heating boiler available for the colder months (October to March). Portable heaters are also available.

Or perhaps you prefer a spot of golf? An 18 hole links golf course if just a few minutes away and boasts spectacular views of the beach and coast. All the amenities of the town are within easy reach, including a great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs and local shops, and with good road and public transport links, Perranporth is an ideal base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. Nearby attractions such as the Eden Project, Healey's Cyder Farm and Holywell Bay Fun Park will make it easy to keep the kids busy here!
