Utopia Apartments comprises of 2 x 1 bedroom apartments (sleeps 2/3 each). The apartments are set in a traditional Cornish stone cottage in the popular north coast resort of Perranporth. The 'Penhale' Suite occupies the front aspect of the property and boasts prominent sea views over the beautiful 3-mile long beach, whilst the 'Droskyn' Suite has a side and rear aspect, also enjoys views over the village and sea towards Droskyn point.
Both apartments have been recently refurbished in a modern and contemporary style and are kitted out to provide for all your needs during your stay. The apartments are located within an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and town.
Perranporth is a desirable holiday resort on the rugged north Cornish coast.
